The Office of Judicial Affairs & Community Standards at CSUMB is responsible for enforcing student conduct policies and addressing student behavioral issues, utilizing methods that are consistent with the University's goal of providing students with learning experiences. The mission is to assist the university in achieving its vision of a model, pluralistic, academic community in an atmosphere of mutual respect.  This is accomplished through modeling, mentoring, counseling, and use of progressive discipline for students when necessary for building character, integrity, responsibility, values and ethics.

Inappropriate conduct is defined in the following conduct codes:

In addition, the Office of Judicial Affairs & Community Standards  provides assistance to students who wish to utilize the CSUMB Student Grievance Policy.
